Hi!

I read in one post that there is a Php99++ (exclusive of taxes and surcharges) ongoing with Asian Spirit for the month of March. My friend and I are planning to fly to Batanes next month, but find the published rates to be very expensive and wold jsut eat up most of our budget for the trip.
Is this promo still on? Also, is there a way to get to Batanes from Laoag? We are planning on a road trip, and be in Laoag for a day or 2 before heading for Basco.
