Hi!
I am planning a trip to Batanes this February and I would like to get some help and tips on getting the lowest plane tickets possible. Hopefully, my friend and I could fly straight to Batanes by Feb. 18 then take a plane trip to Laoag, if that is possible, 3 or 4 days later.
I hope you could help me with my concern.
